Refunds are only available in cases of manufacturing defects. All returned items must be UNUSED for hygiene reasons and must include the Original packaging and tags.
Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the shoes. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your bank account.
MAKE SURE THAT:
- The box and shoe should be in original Packaging the way it reached you.
- Please make sure when you first try the shoes to avoid sole stains and leather markings.
- The replacement of the shoes takes 1-2 weeks (subject to availability), we will always try our best to give you full service on time.
- The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.

- If the returned item received by us does not qualify for the exchange/ refund conditions as mentioned above, The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
